SHIPPING POLICY

At Hues & Homely, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 8 - 15 working days, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries are made through trusted courier partners across India.

  • Currently, we ship only within India (International shipping will be available soon).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hues & Homely, we take pride in delivering carefully curated products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at huesnhomely@gmail.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless received in a defective condition.

  • Gift wrapping charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
